Kyttn
Jake Siddall spent over 20 years leading creative and marketing inside some of New Zealand's most recognised agencies and businesses. Colenso BBDO, Mojo, Special Group, Daylight, and client-side at Petdirect, where a lean three-person senior team delivered a national brand campaign that generated 1.6 million impressions across five media channels at a fraction of competitor spend.
That experience spans NZ growth-stage brands through to global campaigns. In 2025 Daylight engaged Jake to lead creative direction for The World Health Organization on a worldwide initiative spanning 16 countries, 12 languages, and 17 independent production companies, one of the most ambitious public health campaigns ever undertaken.
The work spans NZ and Australia's largest brands and most successful startups. Internationally recognised across Creative, Design, Art direction, Copywriting, and Effectiveness, with awards from the industry's most respected shows such as AXIS, Cannes, Caples and Echo awards.
The methods the big players use. Available to any business.
Twenty years inside the top agencies means twenty years alongside the best strategists, SEO operators, media buyers, planners, creatives, and production talent in the world. Jake has worked with them, hired them, and been hired by the companies that rely on them.
The frameworks that national and global brands use to find market gaps, build authority, and compound growth are not secret. They are just expensive to access, locked behind agency retainers, lengthy onboarding processes, and teams built for scale rather than speed.
Kyttn runs those same methods on businesses of any size. The competitive intelligence, the keyword strategy, the conversion architecture, the creative layer. The same rigour, without the overhead.
The firepower of the big guns. The speed of one person who knows exactly what they're doing.
Why Kyttn exists.
The pattern that showed up across 20 years, in agencies, in-house, and across every brief, was the same.
The businesses that struggled weren't the ones with bad products. They were the ones that spent money in the wrong sequence. Brand work before there was a position to build from. Google Ads before the site converted. Content before anyone could find them.
The work itself was often good. The order was wrong. And wrong order means the investment compounds against you instead of for you.
Kyttn was built to solve that. Not by doing more, but by doing it in the right sequence, starting with the question most businesses never ask before they spend: is there a gap worth fighting for, and exactly where is it?
That question, answered with real data before any work begins, is the foundation of everything Kyttn does.
The 5 phase Kyttn method.
01
Find the gap.
Before anything is built, we find out if a winnable position exists. If it doesn't, we say so.
02
Build the blueprint.
Keyword architecture locked. Site structure mapped. Google Ads framework designed. Every decision made before a dollar is spent on building.
03
Engage & convert.
Brand created or applied. Website live. Google Ads launched. The work that takes a business from invisible to trading, and from 2% conversion to 6% and above.
04
Build authority.
Content, digital PR, AI citations, and directory presence. Compound the trust and traffic already built.
05
Lead the market.
Performance captures demand. Phase five creates it. Full-funnel campaigns, film, and brand experience that turn a business people find into a brand people search for by name.
Jake leads every Kyttn engagement personally. Not as an account manager who briefs a team. As the person who runs the diagnostic, identifies the opportunity, builds the strategy, and executes the work.
When a project needs additional capability, a developer, a designer, a filmmaker, a media specialist, Jake brings in the right people he has worked with and trusts. The team is assembled around the job, not maintained as overhead. That keeps engagements lean, fast, and accountable.
Jake also designs, shoots and directs. Photography, brand film, social content, produced at a level most businesses access only through full production companies, without the production company overhead.
The result is a single point of accountability from diagnostic to delivery. One person who understands the strategy and executes the creative. No briefing handoffs. No gaps between thinking and doing.
Proof that runs live.
Boutique beauty salon.
En Beauty Auckland.
Kyttn's primary proof case isn't from a previous agency. It's a live Auckland business, built from scratch using the five-phase system, still running today.
En Beauty launched in 2025 with zero organic presence, zero domain authority, and a competitive Auckland market. Kyttn built all five phases, diagnostic, SEO, Google Ads, brand and conversion layer, authority and AI visibility.

What Kyttn is not.
Not a full marketing department replacement. Not a social media management service. Not a creative studio that works without a strategy underneath.
If your business needs a logo and nothing else, Kyttn is not the right fit. If you want someone to post on Instagram three times a week without understanding why, Kyttn is not the right fit.
If you have something real and you haven't found the right way to reach the people who need it, that's exactly what Kyttn is built for.
